2022 Nissan Kicks Overview

What's New For 2022?

There are no major changes expected for the 2022 Nissan Kicks, which was restyled as recently as last year. That edition saw a whole-new look on the outside, some upgrades for its cabin materials, as well as smartphone integration becoming a standard feature in all trim levels. That upgrade for the previous edition of the Nissan Kicks was the first major overhaul for a car that's only been on the market for a few years now.

Performance and Technology

All three trims of the new 2022 Nissan Kicks are powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder, rated at 122 horsepower with 114 pound-feet of torque. As a small crossover making the most out of its city and in-town driving, you'll do find with the front-wheel drive setup, while daily commuting is the way to go as the Kicks earns up to 36 mpg on the highway.

The relatively updated technology for the 2022 Nissan Kicks is basically a suite of infotainment and safety features that carry over from the previous model year. That means you'll start off with a touchscreen and smartphone integration, with plenty of options found in the two higher trims. For safety, you'll have a full bundle of driver aids like forward collision mitigation, reverse automatic braking, lane departure warning and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert in the base trim.
